A leader is the appointed head of a group, team, or organization.

A leader is a charismatic person who is able to make good decisions and inspire others to reach a common goal. 

Leadership is the power to communicate assertively and inspire others.

Leadership is the ability to influence others. 

A leader is some one who inspires, who makes decisions that affect the organization in positive way, and who can pull together a diverse team work toward common goal. 

Positive thought will help you visualize success and increase your change of success.
As leader of a team, group, or organization, you must learn to develop and regularly use positive talk. Positive talk is key to helping your group visualize a win
